I'm trying to find the first, second and/or third owners of an aero kit I recently bought to trace some of the maintenance history. It's a 98 build car that was sold new near Freemont, NY, and stayed in the area until 2010 when it moved to Cliffside, NJ. The easiest identifier that it was a silver aero kit with 17" wheels and might've looked something like this

It probably was sold at South Shore based on the first registration location. but it didn’t come up in their system.

PCA may have records if it was owned and noted by a previous owner. I tried that route as well, but the VIN didn't match anything in their database. I corresponded with Richard Alford at PCA last summer over email. No hits on my car at the time.
