Even in the shape it is in, that's an awesome deal if it is a factory wing.
Even an aftermarket would probably be worth their asking.
If it were near me, I'd be on my way to buy it.
It shouldn't be too hard to fix, and I could have it repainted for $600. (That's what mine cost me to be repainted last summer)
I'd pick it up and keep it in case I found a spoiler-less Aerokit.

haven't seen too many in the white/Savannah beige combo. Recent maintenance is a big plus but it’s not very highly optioned based on the interior. Offer $15K and go from there.

Make sure to check the cam deviations. It's a cheap part but a lot of work to replace the adjuster pads. Will also confirm how 'meticulously maintained' it actually was.
