This has been advertised before on the Houston Craigslist, but just popped back up today: (I have no affiliation)
TPC Turbo kit for Porsche 911 996 - $7500
Brand new/never installed kit from TPC. Third radiator kit included. This exact kit sells for $11,500 new from TPC. $7500 obo. Will consider any type of trade.

I don't know if this one has already been post but I think it's a smokin' deal especially for a Targa lover.

Yep, but Targa probably would add to the value.
I wouldn't like one, I prefer a non-translucent roof.
I would prefer a Cab over a glass Targa.
(Hate the sun hitting me in the side of the head)
Most of all I prefer coupes with manual transmission.
I might consider a Tip for a second 911.
My wife can drive a standard, but it is hard on her old knees these days.

I can't be under direct sun for a long period of time so I prefer coupe over all but would much rather have a targa over cab. Targa seems to be more rare and I also think the value would go up a bit. I'm still torn between a manual or Tip. Both have their pros and cons.

If you're worried about value, the manual would likely retain a higher value over the Tip.

I have a 2003 TIP, great car and fast when you understand how to drive, both hands on the wheel. The gearbox is built proof, don't under estimate this car good value .
