I like the black one for 20K, but not listing mileage drives me nuts. The white one might be the best, as long as the PPI doesn't show metal. Brakes on these cars are a piece of cake, I'd be concerned why he thinks it needs struts. For 17K, that leaves enough in the budget for IMS/RMS/Clutch

Seems to be priced appropriately for a C4 Coupe from a dealer. No pictures but there is a video. Paint and interior look good for a 2001. Don't see IMS in the Carfax but several maintenance items.
