The dual intake version can be used if you have an aftermarket or OEM wing that has two air intake ports such as found on the GT3 wings. I have the early gen 1 GT3 wing that I sealed off the second intake as I have the single OEM intake box but at some point I'm going to try the 997 dual intake box and install the second air intake. Probably gives more ram air affect but unknown how much extra (if it all) performance it gives. The motronic has the ability to alter fuel to match air pressure but most likely this would amount to a few extra hp at most. Mainly for looks I guess.

I figured main issue is probably after a fast drive once the car is parked.
Check my project post, I also opened the other side of the engine cover to allow some more air circulation.
