I really like the new BBS SR wheel, but unfortunately it isn't offered in 11" width, so it's not a good option for my C4S.

The Porsche five spokes, whether in chrome (40th AE) or silver paint, look best IMHO. Aftermarket wheels on a 996 look like crap.

The car is wonderful though Im a little confused with GT3 parts mixed in with a TT WB. Still very nice.

Porsche actually made these available with Turbo / C4S offsets. A little hard to find but every now and then they pop up for sale. They even made them with the GT2 Offsets and widths that are uber hard to find in which I'm still in the hunt for a set.

That explains it. I was thinking the rears would have been wrong for sure.

@Sanyata - what is that front end on your car? I really like it.

no shortage of great looking cars...
an informal tally shows that the Carrera II are definite crowd pleasers, and have to agree in that with their elegant and minimal design, they really show well on the 996.
regardless, I am a SUCKER for "BBS Mesh" type wheels. no matter how difficult to clean.
from the responses I got to know about Champion wheels, and if I had $3K laying around, those would be my choice. Fiske and BBS very close 2nd.

Here are some pics showing the wheels

now back to reality...
