I just replaced my rear Bridgestone SO2s after a little over 10K miles. I had it realigned after installing the new rubber and everything is just fine

okay, so here's the answer. The rear alignment was off by 3/4 of an inch, which is massive. The front was fine. After close inspection of the rims, the tale was easily told. It was the result of the %$&%*($&%(*$& car wash.
I use Splash in Fairfield County, CT to get my car washed because it is one of the higher end car washes around. It turns out that when the machine is bringing the rear wheels into the track, due to their width, they were getting forced into the track, which is what through the alignment off. You can actually see the gouges in the inside of the rim on the rear tires. So frustrating to burn thru two brand new tires in less than 6 months.
Lesson Learned - Hand Car Washes from hear on out!
For the rest of you out there - don't skimp on the alignment - being out of alignment, even for a short period can be very costly

Drifting
Fully loaded, 1 driver, 3 passengers plus luggage
front 36psi
rear 44psi
Just driver (or with 1 passenger)
front 33psi
rear 39psi
I run 35/40 and of course it always depends on how you drive, how fast, your load, ambient temp and alignment set up. Porsche recommend 36/44 but I find this too much for my usage. I've got 20K on my rear Conti's and they look fine. Need new fronts next year as they look like their shaved now... Got 18K on them and two track days.

Great value-tires and alignment
I, too, have Hankook Ventus V12 tires. Now with about 12K miles, they show only nominal wear. They are 17" and Porsche recommended air pressure is 36 psi front and rear.
FYI-I had a front and rear alignment completed by the P-car dealer after fitting the Hankooks.

Three Wheelin'
I get easy 15k on my Ventus V12 rears and twice that on the fronts and that is with what they call "spirited' driving.
I generally will about 6k or 7k and then have tire shop rotate the rears and leave the fronts as is till the end and on my 3rd set of rears.

Glad you got an answer on why your tires went out so fast. I know a lot of people take the camber out of the rear, but it's the toe that will really wipe out your tires fast. I run over 2* in the rear but the tire wears pretty evenly across the tread since I use it for autocross so much, which really stresses the outsides of the tires, and I run essentially zero toe.

My local "Splash" in Greenwich charges $60 for a hand wash.
