Default Porsche 911 50 years celebration

in Wellington, New Zealand.

Started with a meet at the local dealer, then drove for a photo shoot

Followed by a run to the local museum, Te Papa, for a display of all the cars

and Concours (Lite), my car being judged and predictably didn't win. The winner was the owner of a local car restoration company. Well deserved.

I got home and put car in the garage, felt side-to-side movement and thought "bloody IMS gone". Turned the car off, movement continued, now got really confused. Wife ran out of the house and shouted "Earthquake". It was a 6.5 and it lasted more than half a minute!!!

Great pics. Unbelievable story about the Earthquake, and feeling like it was the IMS going...lmao.

LOL, I thought it was IMS until the shaking continued for a few seconds after the car was turned off.
