Does anyone know what that cap is? I cleaned off the oil and its originally white.

I dont think it is what is leaking

take a pic a little farther away so we can see the general area

That's a check valve, only air supposed to go through it. The leak is probably the large clamps on the intake manifold. If you air oil seperator has failed, it will push a lot of oil through the intake maniforld and ifnthese clamps are a little loose, some of the oil will come out.
