Default Finally pictures of my new to me c4s speed yellow

My son and I picked up this sweet SY c4s in houston last August. The car has been a joy to own and drive. It needed a good detail but it is everything I wanted. I have done quite a few fly and drive on really fun cars but this was the first time I got to do it with my son. He is a gear head and Porsche fanatic. Next steps: revert suspension to original, full service of fluids including coolant, brake, tranny etc.

the car has some nice options:
xenons, bose, sport seats, deviated stitching and silver face gauges. Previous owner added 997 ipd plenum, eve intake, revoteknik software flash, car graphic exhaust, BM short shifter and HR sport springs(which will be removed)

I added clear bra and tint. Love the car

i picked up wide body twist wheels with blizzaks from craigslist already. Also found a crazy deal on OEM bike and ski racks that were never used. we are ready for some fun on the snow.

Congrats! Good to hear it will be an all-weather driver. If your son is of driving age, make sure there's plenty of room for him to get a feel of P-car AWD. Nice options too!

I pretty much have the same car. Love the sy seat backs, you will get a lot of compliments. Why are you removing the springs?

I love the stance with the hr springs but it is too low for Denver streets.

Nice find!

Re the springs, I like the look as well. I'm real curious as to how you find the ride. I've heard some say it's bone jarring rough, others say it feels good and goes with the character of the car. What do you think?

Yellow is my favorite color for these cars, and the C4S is just a stunning car, period. Ride height looks PERFECT to me.

Congrats!

Looks great! Are the painted seats an option on the 4s or standard?

I have a very similar optioned and modded C4s and absolutely love it, will be lots of fun, Sport Seats really set off the vehicle, awesome support and feel, dont think I could get another porsche without the sport seat option now that I have been jaded by them ha ha

Love the car, although I am biased on the color!

The twist wheels really set it off too!

What a beauty. Lots of extra mods to boot. How old is your son? Nice way to bond with a new Porsche in the family.

I think I would keep it as is if I lived in texas (smooth roads)

The roads are miserable here. It is not bone jarring at all. Very sporty and I love clover leaves on ramps. The car is insanely flat. They are a little bouncy.
