Default Window regulator loose... can you replace the wearable plastic bits?

Hey all,
the regulators on the 4s seem to be wearing quite a bit and now the window has some lateral play. The culprits seem to be the plastic wearable pieces that the assembly rides up/down on (blue bits in the picture). Can you buy replacements of those?

In the "911 & Porsche world" magazine of Oct 12, there is a DIY for that. Silver Carrera on the cover.
