Default Trouble contacting a vendor..

I know Darin at FDMotorsports is busy per another post, But damn They don't respond to phone calls or several of my e-mails. I'm looking to get my 04 cab mufflers done. He did send reply to me but i need more info and that was the last I herd from him... Anyone else having problems with them.... Looking forward to having the work done just need to "get er done"...

Try again, he(Darin) was super responsive to my initial inquiries and was a pleasure to deal with. Don't give up hope just yet.

Darin's an awesome guy and has a great product, and you won't find any vendor on this board who is so personally responsive to questions from customers. He has a real personal touch to his customer service; I think it's a smaller operation and he doesn't have a call centre in India or anything. I'm sure you'll hear from him very soon.

Hey One Nut, sorry if I somehow missed you! I try to answer all emails as quickly as possible as well as return all phone calls. I get a lot of emails and phone calls daily. This is not an excuse, just sometimes one will slip by me. Shoot me an email this morning and I'll try to answer any questions you may have.

Relax all..... I was not worried just concerned, Darin contacted me today by phone. He is indeed a vendor concerned for his customers. He said he was sorry but i told him no worries. Now I'm stoked he said he will turn my cans quickly. A+ for them, as others have said A real stand up guy. Thanks all that replied this is a great community...
