Yeah I was shocked at the prices Big O proudly displayed on the wall for routine labor charges. Always thank any shop that tells you in ADVANCE they are not qualified to work on your vehicle.

I found quite a few chain stores lack the proper updated balancing machines to balance wide wheels like our rear wheels. Some try to do it the best they can and not tell you and hope you don't come back.

Porsche conspiracy theory number 789: they have men employed to visit all tyre fitters worldwide to inform them that Porsche alloy wheels will spontaneously combust if they dare attempt to fit tyres to them. This increases OPC annual servicing revenue by 0.5%/year.
