Radio Problems
I'm having problems with theCR 220 radio in my 02 Carrera. At times it will come on and at times it won't. Even when playing it will suddenly shut off. Sounds like a short somewhere or is this a common problem?

I don't know if it's a common problem or not, but I have a semi-related issue. If I leave the car (2004 Targa) garaged for a few days, when I eventually start it back up, the radio will be very quiet and distorted until I do something to give the electrical system a "kick", like beep the horn or turn the headlights on. After that, it snaps back up to normal volume and sound quality. Granted, I have an aftermarket double-DIN Pioneer AVIC-F700BT, but there's something strange going on with the electrical system.
