Resurrecting this since I think I have this going on. Where exactly is this rubber squeegee part? If I push the back edge of my sunroof headliner up and put my hand up there and reach back forward I can cause the rattle to stop.

I had the same rattle. The rubber piece had come off completely and laying under the back half of the roof.
