2004 C4S Cab for sale...

No, not mine, but this one makes me feel reaaaaaaaaaally good about the deal I got on mine. Why is everyone fighting the apparent uptick in 996 values?

Wait a while and I bet you could have this one for under $50k. No way they will sell it for what they are asking. For that money you can get a 997 C4s cab, maybe even a 997.2.

I think they're over valuing the low miles. Sure, it's been used so little, it's almost new. Why not charge almost new prices?

I'm not saying I agree with the valuation or that I'd pay anywhere near the asking price but, hey, if it drives up the value of my car who am I to argue? lol

That car is pretty enough to get some clueless individual to see it on the lot, fall in love with it, and buy it near the asking price without a PPI. The P-car dealers hopes and hopes and hopes for that kind of buyer....and they do exist.

WOW That car is stunning especially with the blue soft top and that interior!

Amazing looking car! But I agree with everyone that it is over-priced!

Nice car but is that really a cinnamon brown interior? I have the same color interior in my cabrio and it's boxster red (m30/m40 color codes). I recall seeing a cinnamon brown interior and it was way more on the brown side than red.

I don't particularly like Lapis Blue and I don't particularly like Cinnamon Brown. So why do I find myself drooling over this car?

(Feds, I see the point of your question about the interior color, but the ad says Cinnamon Brown and it does look more brown to me than boxster red)

It's kind of a law of nature on forums like this that they are a wonderful place to buy a car, but a lousy place to sell one. Enthusiast owners know too much and, because they're already owners, they wouldn't consider paying a premium for the 'dream'.

The inventory at my local Stealer are outrageously high. I went in a few weeks ago to check out the 991 and the prices on their 997's and 996's were so ridiculous.

The interior looks more like "Natural Brown" than cinnamon brown to me, but it could just be the photos.

What's that old saying, "there's a *** for every seat."?
I know it's totally a personal thing, but blue and brown? I guess someone will take to it eventually.
I'm just old fashioned. I like my Porsches silver, my Ferraris red and my Jags green
