#of ways to see how obsessed we are with our 996's
Saw this elsewhere, thought, hmmm, all can chime into help pass away salty/crusty road doldrems until maybe Spring gets here... (and maybe a few good laughts, too)...think we can hit 100+ ways??????
So, I'll start:
1. you wake up and go check the garage each morning to make sure she is still "sleeping" and everything is okay.
2. you open the car door to make sure the trickle charger light still works properly
3. (for those of you still driving, perhaps), you park in the "boonies" so no one dings the doors.
4. you wipe down the car/get rid of the brake dust.......wash the car ...well, you know.....
5. You look over your shoulder, when parked, to take a peek back at her and smile>>>>>>
Okay here goes;
This, I hope will be interesting and a good read!? Who's next up>>>>>>>>>>>>>?

6. Driving a few extra miles on cold winter days to get the engine up to operating temperature.
My drive to work is only 2.5 miles, so the car doesn't warm up properly. I have to drive around every now and then to warm things up!

10. Your Porsche gets the "best" parking spot in your garage/driveway - sometimes all by itself, despite the other cars you also own.
11. Your Porsche has a name (Big Red). All the other cars in the driveway are just called by the manufacturer or body style (the Honda, the truck, the wagon...).

12. You always park in the end stall, squeezed to the outside edge (and you know, you know, that when you come back, some big truck will invariably be parked next to you.)

17) As you walk towards her at the end of a day to go home, you feel this silly grin forming on your face as soon as you see her sitting there. (Even after all these years of owning her that grin always happens!!!!)
