#53. You went a little "over the top" with some "light" restoration while waiting for your 3.6L upgrade engine parts to come back.

Dang. That looks purdy!!! Oh, that reminds me of one more. I don't drive my car unless I either dust it, use waterless wash, or spray detail wax.

You have spent the time to suggest/show your girlfriend/wife how to adjust the seat for optimum comfort so she can endure those "longer than you would drive in a normal car" trips. I've even got out walked over to the passenger side and did all the adjustment for her so she was nice and cozy.

21) Why is it you're always late for work when you drive the P-Car and you're right on time with the Honda, even though you always leave home at the same time. Also, it's 20 miles further to work in the P-Car.

You move are the other cars out of the three car garage to avoid opening the door for anyone or any other car.

You embark on an 8 hour journey with no advanced notice to help a friend look at (and buy) a 911. (It was last night and it was an '06 997.)

You search the walmart car park for the single spot between the cart return and the kerb with the tree on it. For shade and so no other car can park next to yours. Always a bit nervy of the one in front or behind you but nothing can touch you from the sides. Always scared of some idiot parked next to you opening their door too far and banging your door.

When waiting to get your baby home for the first time you spend HOURS figuring out how to re-arrange the garage best. Measuring the 3rd garage space, where will be best for the least possibility of door dings, can 3 cars really fit (maybe wife's car needs to be out front!?), but what about the kids trying to ride their bikes out of the garage next to THE car, what if stuff were to fall during earthquake which space is safest, which space is safest if son is errantly throwing lacrosse ball in driveway, etc.... I have looked at every angle and every possibility there is!

Also while waiting to get your baby home you buy several Porsche shirts/hats, new car washing stuff, and still looking for more crap!
