I think that I should win a copy of this book simply because I do not yet know enough about the beautiful piece of machinery that I own! I just can't seem to find the information that I need all in one place. I would like to just have that one book to rely on!

I have loved Porsches from the time I was 6 years old and someone bought me a Revell type plastic model of a Carrera. You know how the cover art never matches what your model ends up looking like - I loved the way the car looked on the model's box and became a Porsche lover at an early age.
I would like to have a copy of the book to read on the train during my daily communute to Boston - great books make the hour trip seem to go by in 5 minutes.

If I was lucky enough to win this fine book, I'd read and enjoy it a few days, sign it with a small note, and then mail it to another Rennlister to enjoy and do the same. Maybe after a few years it will circle the globe!

Seriously, this is a great book. I've worked in book publishing for years, and this is a first rate publication. Content, binding, paper, full color pics on most pages, everything. A real plus to add to your library. It is the coffee table edition of Porsche 911s, and will have a revered place on my display case (when not traveling to exotic locations.) I have no idea how the publisher can make a dime with production cost vs. sales price.
Now back to my plans for world domination.
