Default Wheel fitment question

Hi Guys

I have a set of solid spoke 993 turbo wheels that I am selling. A local guy with a 996 4S is interested in the wheels, but when we mocked them up they were too tight on the front. Hitting the calipers.

He really likes the look of the wheels and only want to sell them to him if they will meet his needs. Does anyone know if they can be made to fit with spacers - or is the extra clearance not possible given the extra travel for the stock lug nuts?

Thanks

Solid spoke 18's form 993? I thought the offset was ok to fit a 996 4s.
Regardless, if it's too close to the caliper and needs to be moved outward. You can purchase spacers.
There's many sizes 5,7,12,15mm etc. Stock lug bolts are ok with 5mm but anything longer, you'd need to purchase spacer appropriate longer lug bolts.

Yes, early 993's came with solid spokes - or so I am told.

Thanks, Geetee!

Hi springgeyser

Sorry for the delay, I was traveling.

Here's what I found

Front - 7.5 x 18 et50
Rear - 10 x 18 et65
