Widebody or Narrowbody?
Hi Guys.
I'm confused.
Can someone please elaborate which 996 models are widebody and which are narrowbody?
I'm trying to buy some wheels and want to make sure they fit.
Is the 996 C4 (non-S) considered a widebody?

A 996 C4 is a narrow body. Only the Turbo and C4S were wide body for the 996

I believe all 997 targas are wide body since they are 4 or 4S. No RWD targa 997s IIRC.

Look at it another way, J Lo or Hale Berry? See, isn't that easier?

Thanks for all the responces!
I've been trying to find out if the Turbo Twists would fit. Some say yes, some say no.
They are 8x8 and 8x11. I'm guessing the fronts would fit, but the rears would not.
What kind of issues would I run into if I mounted the rear wheels?
