Help, the rear flap on my 996 won't close
it is just stuck.
Anyone knows how to re-engage the mechanism, in the least close it?

Sorry I've heard it referenced as a rear Flap too.

Sow down below 30 or so (just kidding). There is a switch on the face of the fuse cover. See if this will lower the spoiler. If not could be a fuse.

I'm assuming you have tried to retract the spoiler using the switch in the footwell (to the left of the driver's feet in a Left-Side-Driver car).
Failing that, my next check would be the fusebox, looking for a blown fuse that controls the spoiler.
Next, any obvious mechanical issues...
