No, he's probably thinking "this stupid thing won't be ready for my 16th birthday ... and even if it was, dad probably won't let me breathe on it ..."

He loves it and it's all we're talking about. On a lighter note he is well aware that it's not "his" car when he gets older. We've already talked about a Subaru WRX, fast and safe.... He's a pretty cautious kid so I'm not worried about him. It's the girls and their lead feet at the carting place that get me worried.
