the two small tophat looking pieces are separate from the rod end, and can be removed but shouldnt be loose like they appear. You can Loctite them into place.
the third image appears to be a piece of rubber torn away from the top mount(?) -- not sure why this is.
The last image of your CV joint dust shield being all beat up - did a driveshaft pop loose at some point? Suspension bump and rebounding motion can do this if the inboard mount comes loose.

RE beat the crap out of it
the bar "can" be loaded with spring tension...to remove the drop link you have to unload the spring tention by pressing the bar up or down till it is neutral - once the parts are at nutral they should just slip right out...
anytime working with springs and removing nuts/bolts ALL SPRING TENSION MUST BE REMOVED!!!
(unless you dont like your fingers, head, arms, legs, car panels, neighbor, kids or other things that might be injured, damaged or killed when the tension releases in an uncontrolled manner)
Weight can act like a sprung weight on a bolt too...if the bolts are not coming apart or sliding out...THINK about what is happening BEFORE reaching for a bigger prybar

A picture is worth a thousand words. Scroll to the bottom of the thread to see a pic of the proper curved front drop links for a C4S.
