I would like to use the cubby hole I have, but I want to keep the cup holders and get rid of the CD case. Is there a way to do this?

PS, my cubby hole appears to only fit the lowest slot, where the climate control is.

There is an upper and lower cubby hole that are different sizes. Try Sunset or Suncoast ...$35?

Looks lke it would be an additional trim piece to accomodate the a/c controls one slot up and have the cubby hole below.

If you haven't had the CD rack out yet just open all the drawers and grasp them to pull and unplug the unit. It pops out real easy and just has a plug in spot at the rear of it with no wires to worry about.

I'm not sure but I think I''ve seen on hee where one individual on here trimmed the face plate of the CD stuff to fit the A/C head unit. Don't worry though. Plenty of guys have done what you are doing and they'll be by some time later for sure.

You would be way better off selling the cubby you have to fit the lower on and purchase the upper cubby form suncoast.. they switch out really, really easy, but aren't interchangeable.

yeah, i think you are right. Someone on here gave the cubby to me so I wont sell it, but i will trade it!

I finally removed the cassette holder and replaced it with a new upper cubby. Not only did it cut down on the noise, it has added much needed space for other items.

With all the money you spend trying to get the Carrera to drive like a GT3 and it it still won't be a GT3. You might as well buy a GT3......

I know, I was outside today putting up the Christmas lights and the neighbor came by. We were talking cars (he just picked up a 530 for his wife.) as we were talking right behind him was my garage, all I could do is look at the 911... like it was there was a blonde bombshell sitting there.
