Looks like you've got adjustable droplinks. The rose joint looks slightly off centre, no expert but can't see why that would be a problem. I'm sure you could just twist it back in line with the other. As long as it's not binding I can't see any harm???

i hear strange noise when driving over speedbump or anything else,
i thought that this might be the problem

???

The heim joint could be "broken". That will make bad clunk noises over bumps. I had them before on another car and went back to stock links due to the noise.

with the car on a level surface you should be able to remove the end of one of your drop links and replace it without having to force it. IE: the center to center dimension should be the same side to side, unless you are running circle tracks and want some weight "jacked" into it.
