Currently at 19 pages and 15,000 views, it’s become a classic thread on this forum.

Sadly, nobody has ever started an equal thread to celebrate the mkII aerokit 996 (factory option XAA – “Cup Aerokit II” available in 2003-2004). The MkII aero Carreras are rarer than the MkI, but we’ve got a few lurking around here… (Mark G, I’m talking to you).

So here it is: Show some love. Post up your best pics of ’02-’04 full-aerokit Carreras. Any color, any wheels, any country, C2, C4, C4S, modified, whatever… just keep it to (OEM or similar) full aerokit Carreras... no GT3s please (they have their own dedicated forum already). Does not have to be your own car. Just a good photo.

Yes, but what are Ben Choi wheels? Wheels as described in the opening post of the Mk1 aero thread hes started? I've seen "Ben Choi wheels" on a couple of postings.

Why did he get banned? I read some of his posts and didnt note anything in particular, albeit annoying or somewhat obnoxious, but not offensive enough to be banned.

He occasionally had problems playing nice with the other Rennlist inmates. This problem was not unique to Rennlist as he also got banned from 6speedonline.

I guess, I have the Ben Choi wheels, because one of the pics he posted in the original Mk1 aero thread (the silver one in the parking garage) was my car before I bought it (or at least it is identical). Is that a bad thing? I would probably have gotten different wheels like BBS's and a 1" narrower rim, but they do look pretty good, and have definitely received compliments on them.

The problem Ben had was typically of egocentrism. He had a fundamental problem in seeing ANYTHING any way other than his. Therefore, if your particular taste in wheels, women, mods, etc, didn't match his, then he let you know it and very classless.

For example, your B!TCH is fat, those wheels are ghetto, those mods are so ricer, etc, etc, etc,......
