I don't really have much to compare them to but I've had the Sumi's on for about 10k miles and I have been very happy with them.

For me, as a beginner, they have been great on the track. They did get slippery once they heated up but after adjusting my pressures they calmed down a lot. For the street they are really tough to beat for the price IMO. They perform great in the rain too (but the C4S may be cheating a bit there).

You can flip them but they have to be remounted on the rims. Can't just flip the wheels, you have to flip the tires...

I have the sumi and really like them might try the Yokohama next time just to see the difference.

I have Toyo Proxes 285/30ZR19 on my 2002 996 Cabriolet and I am getting mixed messages on the F/R tire pressure. I currently have 40/45. Any suggestions?

What tires are you meaning?
