It is very inexpensive to add the Carrera 4S Model designation back on if you would like to. I would guess less than $50

I'm trying to... read posts #38 onwards... The number "4" doesn't seem to be fitting correctly with the "S". I'm trying to get someone to take a hi-res pic of their "4S" so that I can show it to the dealer who is also having a difficult time locating the right "4".

+1 e5 on drivers ed event.
I have owned 8 previous P-cars, and I did not appreciate this one (mine is 2002 C4S) until I drove it 700 mi at Watkins Glen.

Mods I would suggest are: GT3 delete (removes the plastic console that rubs on your right leg).
Short Shifter

best of luck!! enjoy the car. Drive the car.

I do have the short shifter...but I'm kinda not liking it... feels too "gated". People say it will loosen up over time. Been doing driving schools for 15+ years, so it will eventually make it to the Glen.

THANKS for posting the pics! The 4 that came from Pelican is much smaller than the 4 you show!

NP. Maybe pull the console and make sure the cables are set correctly.
