I've tried several epoxy floors but have never been satisfied with the results. I finally put down plastic garage tiles over the epoxy and love it! http://www.racedeck.com/
They sell them (or a version of) at Costco for a reasonable price.

I started with epoxy from Rustoleum, it was junk and lifted immediately. After a few years it got so bad I couldn't stand it and stripped it all down and went with the epoxy from Griot's Garage and couldn't be happier after a year. Mine is post #16.

How would these tiles fair against humid conditions when there is dampness rising from the concrete?
I'm also considering a new garage floor along with driveway paving next year.
Thanks for any insight...

Google up some PolyAspartic floor coatings - expensive stuff, but it hardens enough so you can drive on it in 1 day apparently. 2 part Epoxy can be good I hear too.
If you have a real winter in your area, the tiles probably are going to be bad for your concrete floor, and a hassle to clean.
If you go Epoxy or PolyAspartic, you have to start with a clean floor - diamond sanded down and primed properly.
I used the Behr 1 part Epoxy - I have to reapply every 2 years. It costs me under $100.00 to do it. It looks nice when it's fresh, but it always comes off in 2 years. But that's cheaper than the $3600.00 quote to get a PolyAspartic coating applied.
If money is no object - go with PolyAspartic though.
