It's been a couple of years on this forum (and a few years on the Cayenne one). Expecting a new one so after discussions, decided I needed a more practical DD (managed to keep the car after the first baby but now we must divide and conquer!)
In any event, I can't say I have been a huge contributor to this forum but I was an avid reader and always enjoyed it. While many people tend to focus on "engine failures" and the like, this forum always provided me with more comfort than paranoia, especially when searching small issues such as when my oil prressure sending unit gave out, etc.
To all those regular contributors, I say thank you.
Now the good news; the deal with my significant other is that I compromise now but no debate in a few years when I want to get back to 911, this time a Turbo. Other decent news, new car is an Audi RS4. Really the best sedan I could find (especially given my winter driving).
RS4 - unbelievable car. You'll find that it is an amazing vehicle.
I've got an Audi for my DD and I'm passionate about my Porsche
(I've learned not to say "love" my Porsche or love "skiing" - not that it's bad to do, but, I love my wife and child and am passionate about everything else!)
