Hi, chsu74...since tooloud10 was directly commenting on my earlier post, I'm not seeing how he was off topic. We're all commenting about mods and how they work to either enhance a car's looks/performance or detract from it.
I thought both tooloud10 and I were being quite civil and calm about it all. And I think there's room in a thread about aeros for all kinds of opinions if they're rendered constructively and without malice. Sorry you see the need to snipe at me and/or tooloud10.

Thank you sir, I know exactly what your saying... I looked at it this way, there is 911 ME edition out there and there is only 1 like mines.... If you had the car long enough and are looking to change it up a little... I would do what makes you happy, just keep all the original parts. Its easy to change back... but costly.

Thanks Ben for starting this thread. It's nice to know that others out there share the same taste for the MK1 aero. I for one have always liked the lines and the look even though most people I come across beg to differ.
I think we've all heard at one point or another someone saying:
"that wing looks like a taco and is ugly"
or
"what are those things sticking out of the back bumper?"
In my experience I think the MK1 look has created the most interesting disparity between love and hate. And I think at the time this very different approach showed that Porsche could not only be an innovative manufacturer of fine automobiles but that they were also capable of innovation in design.
So if anything, we should feel even better with our choice and that we stuck with it regardless of what the general population thinks. Afterall, isn't this what being an auto enthusiast is all about?

Damn guys, Cars all look amazing. I would do it in a minute, but to spend a bit over 5 g's on a car worth range of mid to high 20's and is 8 years old seems hard to justify (well at least to my S.O.).
