Default Help with option codes

Looked at a C4S today. Copied the codes from the sticker, but can't find them via the normal decoders...
Any R-listers able to help?

The rest came up. It's a 09991, Special build, so I'm really curious..

Tim, thanks.
This is an interesting car. Higher mileage (63K), but price point and being a C4S makes it worth exploring.
It has some options that are desireable to me - heated sport seats for one - but only if they are original equipment...
Also has a rear wing setup I've never seen - a Turbo wing that does not look aftermarket...
Records are sketchy at best. I guess I'll pull the trigger on a CARFAX and go from there. Can the dealer pull maint. records from some master database? I'm particularly interested in RMS history (or were these cars out of the woods by '03..?)...

MItch - no, the later cars are not "out of the woods" with regard to RMS. I took my car in for some routine work and the dealer replaced my RMS. They said it was "weeping." No drops of oil on the garage floor so I had no clue it was bad. Covered under warranty.
