Question Wood grain shifter and parking brake pull

Does anyone know where I can find wood shifter **** and parking brake handles for a 996? I know about Carnewal, MACarbon, Bumper Plugs, etc. who sell CF and painted pieces. I can't seem to find any wood units. Anyone have a set sitting around for sale or know of a dismantler that might have a set?

Thanks!

I'm with Johannes... aluminum would be my first choice. But if you really want to get the wood interior pieces then check out the following link:

I have ordered parts from them before. They're pretty good.

I guess I am just old school. I don't like aluminum with grey interior. CF is OK to contrast the grey but not my first choice. The interior is graphite grey with a midnight blue lower center console. I wanted just the 2 pieces in wood not any other wood. Not looking to make a BMW. I have one of those. Thanks for the links.

Please post pictures when you're done. I have a Graphite Gray interior on my Ocean Blue Metallic cab and would like to see how your mods turn out. I am considering getting a painted center console but I can't decide between an aluminum-look or color-matched (Ocean Blue) center console.

might want to consider alcantara in gray with red stitching since your car is red

I posted a picture above. Looking at the dark burl, I don't think it would look good with grey. Maybe the light burl would look better. I need a picture of that.

My old 951 in my icon is red but this is for my 03 TT which is midnight blue. The suggestion of alcantara with body color stitching sounds pretty cool though, since it is in the middle of the blue console. Thanks for that idea!

I can't imagine any wood tone going well with a grey interior...But, to each his own.

If you go wood, be sure to keep the stock items for resale

Wow great idea! Where can you get that done? I saw the steering wheel on the GT3 and thought what a cool wheel but I didn't think I could get that for other parts.

You can get the GT3 accessories from carnewal (Gert); downside: it's an EU supplier in the NL, so the current EUR/USD rate pushes price for US customers up:
