996 dealer- THE BIRDS AND THE BEES
BIARITZ white 2001 996 with 15 thousand....just finished its first service...$623-
1.broken seat frame
2.broken spoiler
these broken parts occured within 2 months of delivery last december...
HAD to fight the dealer TO FIX these problems.THe spoiler has 2 broken places on it..with NO SIGN of IMPACT.and i can see it shaking in the mirror AT SPEED....the seat is broken and (NOW )like a rocking chair(its the full leather/total electric/heated seat(in case u were wondering) ....the dealer said i was to big..at 235..and 6'3" and wanted to charge me for it citing misuse . I wrote 2 LETTERS to CUSTOMER COM. in atlanta , and the area service director ..who turns out- is BIGGER THAN ME ~finally changed DEALERS..and they agreed its a faulty frame. and a faulty spoiler.and the parts are STILL back ordered.
LOVE TO ZOOM AROUND- I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE IS TO BIG...and they say a rocking chair is good for a man my age !!..
