Tom 97 C2-S, So. Cal.

I am looking at buying a MY 99' or 00' Tip Cab. for a weekend purposes.

Outside of my personal options list and assuming books/records/mileage/condition being equal for the MY, what are:

1) Some of the differences between years, if any.

2) "Hidden" things that I might look for before I spend money on a PPI.

3) Hard Top option, nice or need to have-we live in So. Cal.
