help: lighter fuse?

help: lighter fuse?
Either my cell phone or my radar detector seems to have toasted my cigarette lighter fuse, can anyone tell me how to fix it so I don't have to look like an idiot and call my mechanic?

Drifting
Remove the fuse door panel on the drivers footwell (the same door with the spoiler switch).
The Lighter fuse is in Row D Fuse 5. That would be 4th row from the top and fifth fuse from the left. It should be 15A. Be sure and replace it with the same exact rated fuse.

My cig lighter doesn't work either. The fuse is okay and I have changed just to make sure. So in the mean time my V1 is still in the box. I guess I will have to take it to the dealer for a checkup.
