Customs Duty Invoice
Has anyone received a Customs Duty Invoice from DHL for parts received from Carnewal? Has anyone successfully contested this charge? Is there a legal or contractual obligation on the recipient to pay DHL for such charge?

Unfortunately I posted out of ignorance on the subject, as I had never before imported something from overseas that required such a duty to be paid. Thanks for the info.
