Unhappy Oil Leak, please help diagnose

I am the owner of a 2002 C2 coupe and recently i have noticed a legitimate amount of a brown oily substance on the floor of my garage. The stains are even with the back edge of the back right tire and about 3 inches to the left of it. There are two drops that form everytime i get back from a drive and that are located in two different spots in the same general area. The color of the oil is not very dark but a truer brown. Please help if you've heard of this.

My 2002 C4s has the same oil spot on the floor
after I have driven it.
It is the wax that they spray under the car melting and driping down.

My M3 did the same thing.

You sure is the wax?? You should double check. Just for safety. I have driven my 996 very hard and the wax has no sign of melting or softening.
