Any info on specific changes from 02 to 03? A couple of items I've heard are that the trip computer is being changed. The current one is similar to that used in the pre-2002 Audi A4. I have an A4 and had to have the console replaced to fix the trip computer display (fading charaters). This was done under warrantee before 50k miles, but is recurring again at 100k+ miles. This is an expensive fix if post-warrantee. Any 996 owners with similar problems?

The other change I've heard about is the system bus being changed to a serial digital bus instead of the current system (also in parallel with the change made to the Audi A4 for the 2002 model year). Is this in store for the 996 '03?
