The Tire Safe
I would like to hear from anyone who has used the Tire Safe from Maximilian Importing. I'm particularly interested in your opinion as to installation and quality of the unit the convenience of storing your wheels and if the unit is big enough to store 18" wheels with 265/35 in the rear and 225/40 in the front. I'm concerned that the 18" wheel/tire combinations are to wide so you will require two units to store all four wheels. Thank you.

The last time I spoke with them the tire safe would not support our width of tires. I used a set of the Griot's Garage 23-1/2" Wall Mount Hangers. Part # 92302 $24.95 each 1-800-345-5789.

I was afraid of the fit. Between wall shelving and lawn tools etc. I don't have any more wall space. If my Porsche wheels won't fit at least I can hang my wifes summer/winter A4 wheels.
