How much weight will I lose? (approx.)
Fellas,(and ladies),I take delivery in Jan. of '03 C-2 coupe, powerkit,sports susp.,etc.. My weight mods.: Fabspeed mufflers, remove rear seats, replace factory seats w/Sparco(Corsa), empty trunk of all except carpet and amplifier(How much weight does $895 stereo upgrade add -I.E. bass box, amplifier, -no C.D. changer ?), and finally "Carrera" light weight factory wheels. 1.)How much weight will I save? 2.)Any other "simple" Ideas for weight loss (other than my chubby ****)? - I am working on that one currently Thanks, -Blustem

Make sure you delete the sunroof if you want to save weight (right at the highest point of the car too)

I'll take a shot... FWIW. I erred on the low side I think.
Fabspeed mufflers,
~20lbs less
remove rear seats,
~20 lbs less
replace factory seats w/Sparco(Corsa),
~50lbs less
empty trunk of all except carpet and amplifier
~15lbs less
"Carrera" light weight factory wheels.
~10lbs less

Sunroof delete... good choice
GT3 console delete, carbon fiber everything,
