Default Looking for NY Owners 1-3 for a Silver ‘98 Aerokit

Hoping RL community can help me. I bought another 996, but I have no history prior to the 4th owner 2011-2020. I’m trying to track down as much info as I can about the car. CarFax listed only inspections and registrations since 30mi, not even the initial dealer was shown.

The car was purchased by owner #1 in 09/98 near Freeport, NY, and inspected with 30mi on the clock. That location would suggest South Shore Porsche as the original dealer. Owner 2-3 were from the same general area with low miles added so it could be the same person and Carfax is wonky or it just stayed local between Freeport, Bellmore, and Hicksville, NY

The options list was pretty odd so it feels like it would’ve been a custom order or a very weird dealer build. It came with Aerokit Cup, limited slip diff, carbon fiber shifter and handbrake, stainless exhaust, stainless door sills, and aluminum gauges, but also 4 spoke steering wheel, comfort suspension, and 17” wheels.

At some point someone added the rear aero XAD, Litronics, three spoke steering wheel, 997 GT3 shifter, Porsche sport exhaust mufflers, and carbon fiber door sills.

The last owner (5) added Victor Equip 19” Zuffen wheels, Ohlins R&T, Eibach sway bars, and 991 sport seats all of which really make this car a blast to drive and fantastic to look at.

if you owned this car early on or know someone that did, please have them contact me.

Thanks!
