Certainly that has to be a typo. That would imply Turbos are.$30k? Or, they are $60k and manuals are well into six figures? I don't think we're there....yet.

Drifting
Turbo prices have now doubled since 2017. Even more dramatic, most outliers are now well over $100K (low-miles, X50, PTS, etc., w/lower outliers being wheels & parts)
Incidentally too, five years ago 996 Turbo wheels were worth their salvage weight in aluminum. Now they're boutique BaT auctions
