The "Ultimate AOS Solution"
OK, I promised the "Ultimate AOS Solution" that would eliminate replacing the Factory AOS, but still function as designed.
CNC Black Anodized Aluminum Accumulator with Microprocessor controlled Infra-Red Sensor.
UAOS integrated onto engine
PATENT PENDING
Go here to order ..https://ultimateaos.com/
Red shows to slot through to the outside, yellow shows the small hole to the channel where the Atmosphere port is located.
Cutaway Factory AOS
AOS flow regulator diaphragm and spring
Doing this first part Section 1 will eliminate the need to EVER replace the Factory AOS again, and will make servicing the AOS system a 10 minute very easy task..
Ok another feature of the Ultimate AOS Solution incorporates an Accumulator with a infra-red level sensor to be wired into the "low coolant warning" circuit to "slow flash" the red light in the instrument cluster warning of either low coolant or AOS service needed.
Should the AOS system needs to be serviced due to accumulation of moisture/oil or if the AOS regulator is failing the warning will "slow flash"".
Carbon Fiber Filled Polyamide 12 Accumulator, can withstand the heat of underhood temps and then some..
Complete UAOS assembly including a re-worked new AOS, Carbon Fiber Filled Ployamide 12 Accumulator, Infra-red sensor, relay, wiring harness, New Flow regulator, custom hoses designed to fit like Factory.

Good lord people, don’t you have anything better to do than troll the forums? PT3 is offering a license to diy something of significant value that he’s put significant r&d into with his wealth of knowledge for $10 so he can continue to develop this idea into real world product to offer. If it doesn’t appeal to you move the f on. It’s people like you that make those with knowledge to share less likely to do so for fear of this kinda crap. Not sure what entitled world you’re iving in, but do the rest of us a favor and stay there if you don’t have anything of value to contribute.
PT3: sounds promising and look forward to hearing more as this takes shape. While I don’t have an immediate need, I’ll definitely be in touch when the time comes.

Sounds cool, but I am not sure mandating a donation to yourself in return for a “FREE” anything means you are not selling something. Might as well just charge $10 for your instructions. No shame in that atleast not where I am from.

I only ask the you make a small offering to the Porsche Gods for continuing product development ($10? to charles_brazeel@yahoo.com) and I will send you a free license for DIY building of one unit for personal use.
