You might also consider a want ad in the PCA magazine Panorama. I see a lot of very specific requests similar to yours.

Good luck. Finding a 2002-2004 vehicle with 25,000 or fewer miles is going to be tricky.

If its private party I guarantee it will be owned by a really old guy and he won't know what the ims is and all maintenance will be done by mileage and not time.

They are out there. I bought a 2003 c4s coupe (but 6mt, not Tip) with only 21800 miles on it just 2 months ago. It now has 25300 on it. Keep checking online and the previous suggested ad in panorama magazine is a great suggestion.
