Default Clock Spring Part Number

Steering wheel has a sort of a "whoosh" almost like a vacuum/hand air pump noise when turning past a certain point. I'm thinking the clock spring needs to be replaced.

When looking at Sonnen and Sunset I come across two different model numbers and about a $60 price differential. Both say they'd work on my 2002 C4S. Why do they have different part numbers?

Ah good catch. Tips seem to be less expensive.
