Just listed so worth keeping an eye on it. Once it sits for a month the price may come down.
Mine was originally listed at $8K and I got direct contact info so I could follow up at a later date. Once the ad disappeared I called and negotiated the price down to $5K and when we met face to face with cash in hand, I renegotiated to $4K...You never know!

I spoke to him. He's not entirely sure and doesnt want to go into the engine any further.
He said he noticed soot on the left muffler tip recently. Car ran fine though.
Its had the IMS bearing replaced already.
Im trying to see if I can make it work. Might be driving across the US if I do!

people talk about all these blown m96 engines everywhere; 996 the red-headed porsche stepchild that can't be trusted. yet one craigslist roller and rennlist feeding frenzy, people driving across the country, fighting in the streets. something doesn't ad up to me.
