Sources of low O2 circuit voltage

Sources of low O2 circuit voltage
All four of my O2 sensors indicate low voltage. To me this indicates an air leak after the MAF sensor. What is a good way other than going to the dealer to find the source?

Those codes are complaining all 4 sensors are shorted to ground (very unlikey).
Do you have Durametric or other scanners that can display O2 sensor voltage readings in real-time?
If you do, you can monitor those and see how the O2 sensors behave (to see if they are shorted like 0v or are still operating somewhat). Can also monitor the MAF and fuel trims reading. Could be a bad MAF (under reporting).
Also check for intake vacuum leak.

To check air leak, you can spray brake cleaner onto suspected areas while engine is idling and note any change in engine idling speed (you can hear it).
Just be careful not to spray on any exhaust/hot components.
