Top opens but real slow at the last 4 inches
 

When I open my top it slows way down at the last six inches or so. I mean literally 1-2 minutes before it closes and the cover makes touch down.
Is anyone familiar with this issue?
Im patient but I know the car wasn’t designed to do this. Something need fixin.

First thing to check is the fluid level in the hydraulic reservoir.

I agree with checking the fluid first. It could just be low. When the fluid is low, air can get sucked into the pump and it takes forever to get the top moving
